You might know Jaimey from the Film Courses. Besides her work as Rock and Water Trainer, she is also a documentary filmmaker and teacher. From this year Jaimey is offering a new activity for children and teenagers, called Rocker Training! In a playful way, children enhance their physical, mental and social skills, using the Rock and Water Method ©.
Jaimey is a certified Rock and Water Trainer and wants to contribute to the positive development of children and teenagers by offering the Rock and Water practices, games and philosophy.
WHY ROCK AND WATER?
“When I was 13 years old, changing to another high school, I followed the course and it really helped me gaining more self-understanding and ability to connect with others. I made a documentary* about the transition from elementary school to high school, which was an amazing project that helped me understand better how the system and the need of the child often don’t match. Offering this training to children and teenagers really feels like another form of the positive impact I want to make on the educational system. This is one of the reasons I feel so motivated to finally share this amazing method with your children and support and guide the next generation to stand in their truth and strength, in an authentic way.”
